Asseco SEE in Croatia Finalized another huge Project in Europe: Digital Signature Solution Successfully Implemented in Bank Millennium Poland.

VMware VForum 2010 was organized and held by Arrow ESC Internet Security Company on 8th of September in hotel Continental where Asseco SEE d.o.o. Beograd participated as one of the sponsors.

VMware has awarded Asseco SEE srl the distinction of “Enterprise Partner 2010” in the VMware Partner Network through investment in training and dedication to excellence in delivering VMware virtualization solutions.

On 3 September 2010 Asseco Poland SA concluded two agreements to purchase shares in Formula Systems seated in Or Yehuda, Israel. Ultimately, Asseco Poland will hold 6,823,602 shares in Formula Systems representing 50.19% of the share capital and 51.18% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Formula Systems. The total transaction cost will not exceed USD 145.3 million.

Asseco SEE in Romania has been awarded as nr.1 Top Profit Company (4651 domain nr. 4651 : Computers, peripherals and software business) according to site www.ListaFirme.ro.

Asseco SEE in Croatia successfully finished another implementation of strong authentication solution, ASEBA SxS installed in Erste & Steiermärkische Bank.

Asseco SEE in Romania has signed contract on implementation of a PKI security infrastructure (delivery, storage and administration of digital certificates designed for bank`s personnel and external users which access BNR`s IT system).

Asseco SEE in Romania will implement a 1,5 mil. Euro complex IT integrated system for National Institute for Statistics.

Asseco South Western Europe SA, subsidiary of Asseco Poland acquired 65% of shares in Necomplus Group, POS market leader in Spain, for the maximum amount of 8.3 million euro.

On 30 July 2010, Asseco South Eastern Europe SA concluded an agreement under which it acquired 99.6620% shares ("ITD Shares") in ITD İletişim Teknoloji Danışmanlık Ticaret A.Ş. seated in Istanbul ("ITD") and 99.9970% shares ("EST Shares") in EST Elektronik Sanal Ticaret ve Bilisim Hizmetleri A.Ş. seated in Istanbul ("EST").
