Davor Holjevac, Vicegovernor CB Croatia
 Davor Holjevac was born on 22 December 1957 in Zagreb. Upon graduation from the Zagreb Faculty of Economics in 1981, he started his business career as a trainee in Privredna banka Zagreb, transferring in 1984 to Ljubljanska banka Zagreb as a Branch Assistant Manager and subsequently as an Advisor in the Assets and Liquidity Department. In 1987, he left Ljubljanska banka to take up the post of Head of Planning and Analysis Department with Jugobanka where he soon became the Head of Finance Division. In 1991, Mr Holjevac joined Zagrebačka banka as Head of Finance Division and was later appointed to that bank's Management Board as a member in charge of financial matters. In 1998, Mr Holjevac took up the post of a Management Board Member of Privredna banka Zagreb in charge of accounting and financial control where he stayed until February 2006 when he moved to Zagrebgradnja as a Management Board Member in charge of financial and strategic matters. Davor Holjevac was appointed Vicegovernor of the Croatian National Bank on 13 July 2006, pursuant to a decision of the Croatian Parliament.
Dejan Soskic, Council chairman Central Bank of Serbia
Born in Belgrade in 1967. He graduated in 1989 from Belgrade University, Faculty of Economics, and obtained his MSc degree in 1993 and PhD degree in 1999 from the same Faculty. Currently he is a part-time professor at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. As a lecturer at graduate and MBA courses at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, Mr Šoškić taught financial markets and institutions, financial management and international business and economy. In 2002, he was a guest lecturer at universities of New Haven, Rhode Island and Berkeley, USA. He attended specialized financial market courses at US universities (in 1994, 1998 and 2002) and the Swiss National Bank (in 2001). Mr Šoškić is a Fulbright alumnus and member of the Presidency of the Scientific Association of Economists. He served as a special financial markets advisor in the National Bank of Yugoslavia (end-2000–2002), economic policy advisor in the EU Policy and Legal Advice Centre (2002-2003), and was a member of the Council of the National Bank of Serbia (2003-2004). He authored the book “Securities: Portfolio Management and Investment Funds”, and co-authored publications such as: “Financial Markets and Institutions”, “Economic Statistics” and “Stock Exchange Glossary”. He has published more than 40 articles and papers in the field of financial markets and institutions and transition in Serbia.

Radomir Bozic, Vicegoverner CB BiH
He was born in 1960 in Olovo, BH, where he completed his elementary school and gymnasium. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo in 1983. He defended his Master's Thesis with the topic "High Technologies, Structural Changes and Development of Business Corporations" in 1989, and he defended his Doctorial Thesis with the topic "Financing of Corporations and Financial Markets" in 1996 at the Faculty of Economics in Priština. He is a certified auditor and an investment manager. From 1984 until 1992, he was engaged as an assistant lecturer and scientific associate at the Institute for Organization and Economics in Sarajevo, and was also a lecturer in the finance department at the Military Academy in Sarajevo. From 1992 until 1994 he worked as a financial director DP "Vezionica" Zvornik. From 1994 until 1996, he worked as an assistant lecturer on the subject " Finances" at the Economics Faculty of University in Priština, and from 1996 until 1999, in capacity of senior lecturer he was engaged on the subject "Banking" at the Economics Faculty in Priština and on the subject "Banking" at the Economics Faculty in Priština and subject "Balance Analysis" at the Economics Faculty of University in East Sarajevo. From 1999 until 2002 he was senior lecturer at the Economics Faculty of University in East Sarajevo in the scientific field of financial management, institutions and markets. From 2002 he was associate professor of the Economics Faculty at the University in East Sarajevo on the subject "Analysis and Audit of Business Operations", and also he lectures at the full-time course "Financial Institutions and Markets", and he is also a lecturer on the post-graduate course. From 2005 he lecturers "Corporative Financial Reporting" at the Economics Faculty of the University in Banja Luka, and from March 2008 he is a full professor at the Economics Faculty of University in East Sarajevo with the major in accounting and audit. He is the member of Committee for Accounting and Audit of BH, he was the member of the Committee for Securities of Republika Srpska in first convocation, and from June 2006 until June 2009, he was the member of the Board for Audit of "Elektroprenos BH" ad Banja Luka. Ha participated in creation of a number of scientific-research projects, studies, monographs and books, in the work of symposiums and consultation works and was also a tutor for a number of masters and doctorial thesis.

Adam Kolaczyk, Partner in the Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice of Deloitte Poland
Adam Kolaczyk is a Partner in the Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice of Deloitte Poland. He is a Central European leader of ERS services for Financial Services Industry. He has significant experience in risk management and regulatory compliance. He has led projects focused on implementation of Basel 2 (standard and advanced methods), MiFID, valuation and accounting for financial instruments under IFRS, including loan provisioning, derivatives and hedge accounting, securitization, structured transactions and stock option plans. Furthermore, he was responsible for development and implementation of IT systems supporting risk management, loan provisioning, effective interest rate, derivatives valuation and hedge accounting. He has also led risk management projects for non-FSI clients focusing mainly on FX and commodity risk management and projects related to implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards. His major clients include: Bank Austria UniCredit, BRE Bank (Commerzbank), Rabobank, Raiffeisen Bank, Fortis Bank, KBC, KGHM (copper producer), PGNiG (natural gas) , PKN Orlen (oil & gas). Prior to joining Deloitte in 2002 Adam worked in Audit and Business Advisory department of Andersen for 6 years. He holds Master Degree from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
